The HELM Team brings together decades of experience leading and serving public schools. From small rural districts to large, complex systems, our team has firsthand experience with the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities that come with educational leadership.
The Story
Experience that spans public education.
Our team has led and served in small, mid-sized, and large school districts across rural, suburban, and urban communities, as well as in educational cooperatives that support multiple districts at once. That experience extends to the state level, including service with the Arkansas Department of Education, and to leadership roles with statewide and national professional organizations such as AASA, ASCD, and Arkansas’s own superintendents’ and activities associations. Across every setting, we have worked closely with school boards and understand the responsibilities, and the pressures, that come with governing a public school system.
Our Belief

The best leaders build relationships, establish trust, and create a culture where people are supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed. Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about bringing people together around a shared purpose and building the capacity of others to lead.
